Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in Palermo, Sicily. It was very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The only issue I experienced was with the air conditioning, which gave me a bit of trouble during my stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend it for its excellent location. Superb view from the rooftop restaurant!

There was a bar area above the room that I was staying so I heard music playing til midnight. If you don’t like music, you should ask for a room away from the bar. Otherwise the place is in a great location and perfect for a quick stay.

Excellent facilities and location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the entertainment went on late at night.

If you’re visiting the Valley of the Temples and nearby sights, this hotel’s location inside the archaeological park is a real plus. That said, there are other hotel options just a 5-10 minute drive away. As for the 5-star and SLH label, it feels like a stretch. Yes, there’s a pool, a restaurant, and a gym, but the rooms and overall experience don’t really live up to that rating. You’re paying a premium mainly for the in-park location. Staff were pleasant enough, but compared to other hotels in Sicily, I wouldn’t call this a true 5-star property.
