Very small rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast and breakfast staff were awesome and on the top floor. Hotel room small and nothing special. Great location and quiet…but good luck getting out of a car with luggage.

Beautiful property & amazing staff

The top floor terrace faces the Duomo and Santa Croce, giving a spectacular view of the city lit up at night. The food was very good -- some fun, unique menu items. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only reason the couple of areas that I gave fours were that the room was on the small side, and there was some construction going on along the river -- not the hotel's fault, obviously -- that blocked the view of the river and made the area just in front look a bit industrial. Again, not their fault; just wanted to leave a heads-up that until construction is complete, the area around the property won't be as charming as I assume is usual.
