In the flat you have everything you could need, fresh towels, state of the art Kitchen, washing machine, and even an air-condition. Marco told us everything we wanted know and suggested nice places close by. In two minutes by walking you are in the city centre where you can have food and drinks. "We had a brilliant vacation at Carloforte. The appartment is located directly in the heart of Carloforte. Everything is in walking distance. Many nice restarants and bars. In the evening you can see and feel the life and the soul of the town. The appartment is beautiful. You can find everything in the appartmnet you need. There is even a small balcony. Also we had a very warm welcome. Thank you so much. We will return!"

"The appartment was excellent, with full equipped kitchen if you want to cook sometimes and a small private garden. The bedroom was big and comfortable, with aircon. The owner was very kind and helpful, our flight was delayed badly (we didn't arrive until midnight to the town). Superb treatment. The appartment is very well located, at a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Very happy with our stay, definitely recommended. "

"The villa was perfect for our family holiday with ages from 9-70! The house, location and particularly the outdoor area and pool were all wonderful. Carlos the host was amazing at making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed and giving us great advise and tips. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach with many more a short drive away. The local town is also lovely. A wonderful time was had by all, highly recommended and we hope to return!"
