    The apartment, about 65 sqm, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a small private outdoor space. Upstairs, an inviting mezzanine hosts the double bedroom and a second bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.



    The house offers all amenities: air conditioning (hot/cold), Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a practical workspace, ideal for longer stays. Families have access to a crib and high chair.
