I needed a doctor while visiting ITaly. The first person, the lady who checked me in, said she couldn't call a doctor for me and suggested a clinic. The clinic didn't accept americans. So 4 hours after I traveled to the clinic, there was a new lady at the front desk nd she immediately hooked me up with a doctor. The next morning is was raining. Flooding everywhere. I went to the garage with my ticket and there is no cover so the ticket got to wet I couldn't get out of the parking. I called the fron tdesk (another completely different person) and asked him how I get my car out. He laughed, said "american" and hung up. When I got to the desk and tried to take a picture of his name tag, he covered it up.
I give the Hotel a 9 for everything except if you happen to get the employee who doesn't want to help, your screwed. The guys name was Noir, or something like that.
