We stayed in a room with balcony view, I requested one of the rooms that had a better view and a specific room, unfortunately this request wasn’t looked into as I had no feedback on it. Was a good stay overall, very Venetian style, but very dated and old looking. Breakfast was good, it was a bonus since food there is not cheap especially with a family. You need to leave your keys back at the reception when going out daily which was a little inconvenient. Convenient location with most things in reach.

Great location, 10 minute Walt to Rialto and 5 minute walk to San Marco’s square. Really nice place to stay. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We love this property! Its in an amazing location… central to downtown, vaporetto (water train) service to surrounding areas and islands. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!!! All the staff were courteous and helpful and rooms were well decorated and spotless. 5* for sure!

"We checked in around 8pm after driving 9 hours from southern Italy. They gave us a ticket and tell us where to park. They failed to tell us that we have to walk with all the way around this huge building to go back to the room. We walked for like 10 minutes try to access the building and many doors ..."
