Great location. Nice rooms.

Such a unique hotel built within an old perfume factory in a great location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus Metro and trams stops to get into Central Milan close by. The staff were universally helpful and seemed genuinely really happy to help you with any queries or requests for help. The hotel itself was spotless and, as you might expect, the atmosphere was infused with wonderful fragrances. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the rooftop LabSolue Bar was a great place to be wowed with some beautifully conceived cocktails that paid homage to the former perfumery.

The only real disappointment I can share is that the rooms were advertised as having air conditioning. There were no stipulations shown that only certain rooms had air conditioning. Unfortunately, our room did not. Our companions were on a different floor and did have air conditioning. When we brought this to the staffs attention, unfortunately, not much was able to be done. We did find a fan which helped. I just don’t think you should advertise air conditioning without stipulations, if that’s exactly what you’re going to find when you get there. Outside of that, the location was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was very yummy. I would just make sure before you make your final reservation to find out if that room specifically has AC.
