"La Lancha exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The hotel is well maintained, and offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. We also appreciated how safe and secure the property felt allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the experience. If you're looking for a tranquil romantic escape with outstanding service, La Lancha is the prefect choice. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning."

"The personnel at restaurant was great and they made an extra efford to make us feel welcome. The food could improve A LOT. When we check out the person in charge advised that a guided tour around the lake on a boat was included and we were not advised of that when we check in, that was a huge thumps down, we asked if we could take the tour then but he said that they could not offer it anymore 👎 We staid at room 111 on sat. July 4th and we check out on July 5th."

"We hugely enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the roof top pool. The staff was friendly and the attached bakery is really lovely!! The roof top really made up for not being on the water. They are able to pick up and drop off at airport but make sure to arrange in advance as they have set times for drop off. The rooms have excellent AC and are well cleaned. Numerous tiendas on every corner make getting snacks easy. Beds are comfortable."

"The airport shuttle was quick, convenient, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again."
