We stayed at the Opera Hotel so we could attend the late night Candlelight Concert at the Teatro Colón next door. We have stayed there before and the hotel is still amazing! The rooms are private, comfortable, clean, and have a charming colonial design. The breakfast in the morning is excellent with all the varied Colombian favorites plus fruit, breads, and an omelet cook. The spa is amazingly relaxing and the pools are quite warm. The only recommendation I make is to ask for robes and slippers to be sent to your room as soon as you checkin so you don’t have to wear street clothes down to the spa.

I love the staff. They are always smiling, respectful and kind.The hotel is really clean and quiet.Only complain is the system they use to get in, and turn the ligts on.
Not everybody knows how to use the card key and it took us more than two times and a bedroom change to figure out, how to manage everything. Funny thing, it is so simple. You guys should just print the steps and post them in a place by the bathroom, night table or tv, or wherever, so the guest reads them and proceed.Other than that . I think the hotel is really nice and the food yummi.Congratulations Stephanie and the crew. You guys can torn tears into smiles.
