"Great location right in the center of State Street. Pets stay FREE! Parking price is reasonable for the area. The hotel is very nice, courteous staff, and large rooms with a minifridge and a minibar and snacks for sale in the room. Good mocktails at the bar. Oh, and you can’t go wrong with the free cookies at check-in too! The only two areas that I marked down from 5 stars to 4 were for the staff taking over an hour and 3 requests to get dog bowls in my room and for the amenities (no room service, minimal food choices at the bar only, and no pool)."

"Wonderful time at the Hideaway! Monique was the front and main staff member. She’s so amazing and helpful. My boys LOVED her ! Place is beautifully decorated. The pictures from past reviewers are accurate. We stayed in the largest room and the rugs are a little worn, but we can overlook that because of how everything else was so charming. Definitely coming back again in the future. This place gave my kids a wonderful experience and memory they’ll never forget!"

"The Eagle Inn was a very quaint and friendly property. The staff was accommodating. They have free breakfast that was excellent. They also have outside areas for lounging and even an area for smokers. Walking distance to the beach. I would absolutely visit this property again."
