"Staff very courteous. In room coffee should be packaged coffee dropped into hot water. What is provided now is messy. Better yet, provide coffee (thermos) in lobby- Much, much better. No towel bars! Not good with small counter space taken up by stacks of towels Plenty of wall space to accommodate them. Possibly an oversight by contractor? Owners aware of this?"

We very much appreciate the good surprise. Have stayed in other hotels in Santa Barbara before, and It’s our first time in this hotel, and we will for sure be back. We had a great stay. "The staff was amazing. They made my wife and I feel so special on our honeymoon. They ordered us a bottle of champagne, it wasn’t something they carried at their lobby market place either. Valet was so accommodating and polite. The room was so clean with a great view of the ocean. They conveniently kept great communication through text (my preferred method. Provided great recommendations of things to do for us. The outdoor patio area had fire pits for us to relax at too. I could go on and on. If you are looking for a great experience I highly recommend The Milo. "
