"It was very clean, neat and comfortable, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I couldn't find milk at the local gas station for my three-year-old and even though it was evening, they gave me some from the fridge to warm up for him. Jasmin and Katy excellent during the breakfast service, both of them made sure the food was constantly hot and fresh and full. There was a great variety and my kids loved scrambled eggs and fresh waffles, my husband, and I enjoyed all of the coffee options in the nescafé machine. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish the weather had been better so we could have gone in the pool or hot tub, but it was too cold during our stay April. If we returned to Santa Barbara, I will definitely come back here! "
