Great hotel! From the moment we drove on property we were greeted with the best customer service from everyone! Tim at the bar was great! The hotel has recently been beautifully renovated and is close to many restaurants & shopping. They are also super dog friendly! Would 100% stay here next time ...

Hyatt Place Santa Barbara
The place was nice and clean, and the staff were great. But the mattress has to be replaced, at least in my room 231. The old spring mattress was unevenly sagging. Also, one of the curtains could not be opened properly.
