"This is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didn’t have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash. We arrived on the last day of the year with 2 small kids, but the owner was very very rude. He didn’t even do an extra search for our reservation. We ended ..."

"Room was ok, keep an eye on your clothes because the weather difference between the exterior and the air-conditioning in the interior can generate condensation, therefore the ceiling can "sweat" down to the floor and stain your clothes if around.
