Our Affordable Beach Getaway #9 is a charming retreat just steps from the sand, offering a serene king bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, spacious living room with a plush sofa, 42” HD TV, and elegant Waterford fireplace. Perfect fit for us

The apartment was a great fit for our weekend get away. The location made walking everywhere easy and simple. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was super. This place is a gem hidden in plain site.

Love the apartment and location

This was our second stay in the apartment and it was very comfortable. The apartment is spotless and I love that the balcony gets sun all day making it a great place to lie on the lounges and read. Short walk to the beach and very easy to access the shops. The kitchen benches have been updated and the appliances are good quality. We plan to return next year.

Lovely condo in prime location

My husband and I spent a week in this condo while visiting our son who is a UCSB student. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We used the grill and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The location was so convenient. We walked to the beach, to State street and the Funk zone where we enjoyed wonderful restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Check in and out was so easy too. I will not hesitate to stay here again!

Close to West Beach restaurants and Funk Zone. Wineries, restaurants and bakery within walking distance. Apt. on corner of building with good ventilation. Fully equipped kitchen. Heater in living room was thermostatically controlled. While the decor is dated, the apt was fully functional and a good base for enjoying the area and for driving to other locations.

So Comfortable and Quiet

We loved this cozy apartment with its sunny exposure, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and we hated to leave. Loved being within walking distance to the wharf and some excellent restaurants. We will be back!

Great stay in Santa Barbara

After a 7 day road trip we were looking for somewhere to relax and not have to drive anywhere!This apartment was perfect for that. Nice sunny balcony with grill, easy walking to beach,Stern Wharf, the harbour and the Funk Zone!At these places there were plenty of bars, restaurants and winery's to choose from.We really enjoyed our stay!!

Everything you need for a perfect get-away

My husband and I could not be more impressed with this adorable and affirdable apartment. The building is beautiful and very easy to find. If you head one way you're at the beach within minutes. Walk the other way and you find yhe Funk Zone. the Funk Zone

Cute apartment in West Beach

This is a wonderful place for a trip to Santa Barbara. The apartment is very clean and well appointed with amenities making for a very comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet area of West Beach with easy walking distance to the beach, the funk zone, and shops and restaurants. There is even a few small grocery stores around the corner to grab snacks and staples. But everything in Santa Barbara is just a quick drive away. Such a wonderful city to explore! I would definitely return!

Perfect location perfect vacation

Everything you need in a cozy apartment space. Very accessible to Restaurants and beach. Good directions and suggestions for activities and access. Apartment was a little dated needed a bit a a refresh but comfortable. Painters were there the entire time and we needed to know this beforehand. They were parked in our spot a couple of times, and they were working in and around the unit. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable 1-bedroom apartment. Nicely appointed. Kitchen met our needs. Comfortable bed. Great little outside deck. Parking was fine for us but lot might be challenging for big vehicles when building/lot is full. Owner responsive when we needed something.
