"Having the parking spot at all times is key. The location of this place is key. The TV is older, radio works and there is a VHS/DVD player only so bring some entertainment for when you are there (tablets, portable bluetooth speaker etc). It’s very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will book it again when we go back!"

"The Patio Suite was wonderful with its vintage Santa Barbara charm and great location. The space was comfortable and well appointed. The vintage tile in the kitchen and bathroom was beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay and loved being able to easily walk to the beach and Stearns Wharf.We'll happily stay here again on another trip!"
