Starting with communication. Never received information on how to check in, where to park, or how to access the unit. Had to call upon arrival while standing on the street in the dark.Next, we were told there was accessible kitchen by one customer service rep (she sent written confirmation), then we were told actually we did not - despite the room coming with a new sponge and dish soap...The unit itself was so dirty that our feet turned black from walking around inside. Mold growing in the shower, and a rug so caked with grime it was black.Very disappoint. Do not recommend staying at all.
