Thoughtful touches are included to make the most of your getaway: complimentary champagne to toast your arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, a Nespresso machine stocked with pods, creams, and sugar, and reserved parking, a rare perk near the beach.

The inviting living space features a cozy sofa and a 42” HD TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen blends both functionality and style, with sleek limestone floors and modern stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.

This apartment is located on the second floor (walk-up).

Please note that the designated parking spot is in a small carriage house, suitable for one compact vehicle. The dimensions of the carriage house are 16.5 feet in length and 8 feet 8 inches in width. For additional convenience, street parking is available nearby. Alternatively, we offer other units with standard parking spaces.

We had a great time. The Getaway is clean and very well equipped. Sure beats the local hotel rooms and we picked it because of the price and were happily surprised when arriving that it was as advertised and even better. The bed is so comfortable too.

Overall our stay was delightful and we would be back. For the landlord : the shower diverter needs replacement. It only works if the spout is in full on position before the water is turned on.

Perfect space for 1 or a couple

The getaway was the perfect space for my weekend in Santa Barbara. An easy walk to all the best restaurants and the beach. I only used my car once to get groceries. Would definitely come back

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our Santa Barbara stay. Downtown Santa Barbara was just great with lots of very nice restaurants, bars and cultural attractions. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Neighborhood was very nice and safe and well located near downtown and readily accessible to other parts of the Santa Barbara area. Off street park very close to the unit was quite easy. We hope we have the opportunity to rent this unit again in this beautiful area.

Great location

Super cute building, we just returned from Italy and it sure resembles a lot of the VRBO’s we stayed in there. The location was close to the beach and town. We parked our car and didn’t use it until we left! The apartment is super cute and clean with a nice little patio. We loved falling asleep to the fountain outside. Highly recommend it!

Luckily, we have a very small car or parking would have been a problem. Listing stated there was a private washer & dryer with soap, this was not true. Although the manager promptly assisted us to the housekeeping laundry, listing needs to be corrected. Location was great, near beach & many restaurants.

Small but nicely furnished condo. Nicely remodeled. Very comfy KING BED. Short walk to beach, restaurants, town. Trolly/shuttle available too. Covered off Street parking. Immaculate. QUIET COMPLEX. Good for single or couple, not for families.
