The Rare Beach Studio is a rare find, boasting modern elegance and high-end finishes throughout. Situated in the Coveted West Beach area, you'll be steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, the Vibrant Funk zone as well as world renowned dining and downtown shops.

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities expected as part of a beautiful getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, and a Nespresso machine complete with pods, creams and sugar.

The studio has been recently renovated, offering a full bed, 50” smart TV, working desk, and a fully equipped kitchen meticulously equipped with new, modern appliances. The bathroom has been beautifully completed with custom white tiles as well as a walk-in shower with a waterfall head.

Please note there this no reserved parking for this unit. However, street parking is generally accessible and easy to find outside of the building. Street parking is available without restriction M-F, whereas weekends have parking limitations which are indicated on street signs.

Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.
