Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system and an electric fireplace for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming, casting, and Airplay features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Amazing stay!

I ran luxury hotels for over 10 years and II have had nothing but bad experiences renting personal properties. But this property knocked it out of the park. I had some of the best sleep of my life. The betting the amenities, everything was excellent. My only minor minor detail was the floors were pretty dusty and there was scheduled road work in the area. Otherwise, I would highly highly highly highly highly recommend, and we'll definitely be using this property. The service and company in my visit.

We enjoyed the location of this unit. We walked to star bucks each morning and also to dinners in the evening. Parking was not an issue. We contacted management a couple times and they were very quick to respond to our needs.

Mini Italy

Beautiful property and decor. Room was absolutely gorgeous and the fire place made it even more cozy. Very romantic and gorgeous shower This is definitely a mini Italy mixed with Santa Barbara vibe to it and my wife and I loved it for our honeymoon weekend getaway before Costa Rica. Misty was the absolute best to work with!

Overall a good stay - the bed was comfortable & the room was pretty clean. A few opportunities for the property however; it felt a little tired (could do with a re-paint), it was a bit noisy (street noise & upstairs property footsteps) & street parking was a bit of a hassle.

The room looked newly furnished and clean. Our cat enjoyed looking out the large front window and horizontal window above the bed. It was a tad noisy since it's on the ground floor, but weather sealing the door should help with that. Great location.

Santa Barbara visit

Very good location. A few glitches with check in, but Misty was very helpful at fixing things. Shower control was difficult to figure out and bathroom was COLD. Automatic light when entering bathroom was annoying. Overall a great visit!
