"The staff were very helpful and accommodating."

"Interaction with Staff was fine. We paid $600/night to stay here so my review is based on that price point. It did not meet the standards of a $600/night hotel. It’s more in line with a $200/night hotel such as a motel 6. The shower did not drain well, there appeared to be mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom, there was obvious water damage on the wall behind the toilet. Carpet was frayed, walls were chipped, and paint was bubbled up in spots. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everyone walking to their rooms and conversations going on in the hall way. The pool area was ok… it’s the same type of pool you would see at a Motel 6 or a Holiday Inn. When we made staff aware of our concerns they were responsive and offered a $150 discount. That would still put our overall stay at $500/night which is still very overpriced. We personally won’t go back for that price point."

"Starting with check in, Jeremiah and everyone was so welcoming. The check in process was very quick and easy. The room was very clean. Bed was on the softer side, which I loved and the pillows were great not too soft not to firm. There are plenty of amenities included in the stay, wishing I got to stay just a little longer to enjoy everything the Milo has to offer. Oh yes and the guys at the valet 10/10."

"Very clean room. wonderful toiletries, great having a separate bedroom, queen and full beds. The outside patio was private and lovely with bistro chairs and a table for two, lemon trees and plants lining the fenced patio. Parking was always available. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and many cultural activities, shops and restaurants. The staff are courteous and helpful. I would stay again!"
