West Beach is the best part of Santa Barbara! This large, well-equipped studio has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom has a shower. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a small, bistro table and a large dining table and chairs in the main room. There are wood floors and a high, open-beam ceiling. The large, wraparound tile patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and great views. Beach chairs and boogie boards for playing in the sun are included. There is on site parking . Close to Amtrak and Greyhound stations and Moxi, the children’s museum. Bird life abounds in nearby Mission Creek. Resupply at Santa Cruz market, 3 blocks away and the local Farmers' Markets. Numerous restaurants, wine tastings and Downtown are within easy walking distance, or take the shuttle, 1 block away.

We love this place!

My boyfriend and I had the best week stay at this place! The private balcony/deck was an amazing bonus and allowed us to enjoy the perfect weather. Everything about the place exceeded our expectations. One thing worth noting is that you are very close to the train station which can be loud throughout the day, but still well worth it! We plan on coming to stay again as soon as possible :)

We loved our stay at Guusje and Erik's place. Check in/out was super simple. The location is great, close to so many great restaurants and attractions. The house has everything you may need durning your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

So Close to Everything

We were a group of 4 adults in town for a wedding at the Hotel Californian and this was maybe a 4 minute walk away. It was the perfect location to be close to everything while also having privacy. The balcony/porch was amazing!!! And the hosts have thought of everything. Every little detail was taken care of and it made our stay so fun and easy.

Wonderful location

Cute little boho apartment in a prime location very near the beach, we were able to walk to most places. So much to do and see in Santa Barbara! We highly recommend a trip to the Channel Islands and a wine tour with @Captain Jacks tours.
