"Right from my arrival the staff were very welcoming and very professional. They were generous with time, and very patient. All very approachable, reception, management, bar and kitchen staff. All great. The room was very comfortable. The hotels design is classic and unique with attention to detail. The design seems based on Japanese culture. The room dividers, the wicker work or lattice work design, the soft colours, pervaded throughout the hotel."

"The hotel is very close to the shrine . Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. Would recommend Restaurante A Tasquinha where the food was excellent as was the service. We also enjoyed going to Manhas Restaurant which has been a family favorite. ."

"Our breakfast was not included in our booking however, we purchased breakfast at their restaurant and it was good. The scramble eggs were a litte too runny for our likings but, it's probably our fault for not specifying how we wanted them cook. Overall, good food and great staff. "

"If visiting Fátima, great hotel to stay. Walking distance to the church and sites. It’s also near town where a great selection of restaurants and shopping are available. Highly recommended."
