"The property is amazing perfect location, has its own beach, and great staff. However, as days went by the room service would not leave towels and wouldn't clean the floors like the first three days in the room. Our room was next to the staff utility room. Therefore, we would hear loud noises, banging, grinding, and the staff talking as early as 7:00AM on some of the days we were trying to sleep in. The elevator was not in service for the last two days. Understanding mechanical break downs do happen but it didn't seem as though it was an effort to get it fixed in a timely manner. Therefore, I had to carry our bags down the stairs on the day of check-out making me sweat more than I would like too before getting on my plane back home. Other than that, the overall stay was good."

"The staff was absolutely fantastic. The property is somewhat older and could use a refresher. Unfortunately, there was severe leak from the room upstairs and we had to move rooms. As this was around 1am-2am, there was no available staff to help move us. The night manager was as helpful as she could be. Some of the amenities were only available across the way at Dreams and it is a bit of an annoyance to have to wait on a golf cart to get there. I personally didn't find the pods or property of Il Mare impressive at all. But Zoetry was exactly what we needed, a quiet relaxing property with great staff. Unfortunately, our last morning, the staff at Bloom was overwhelmed and we waited for over 40 minutes for breakfast. I think there was only one chef working and they were pulled for room service and there didn't seem to be a chef to work the in restaurant orders."

"Came here for my birthday with my friends and curaçao is more of a relaxing place but we had a good time . The pool and beach and entertainment was great ! But our bartenders Karine , Ray , Louis made our night ! Respectful professional and made us laugh all night !"
