  • Set in the stunning surroundings of Santa Cesarea Terme, a renowned tourist destination famous for its thermal waters, we are offering a single-story detached villa with an outdoor parking space.
    The property, located just 350 metres from the sea, features a double entrance and a beautiful garden for exclusive use, equipped with a sunbathing area, table, chairs, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The outdoor spaces are complemented by a spacious porch with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
    The interior features a bright living-dining room with a kitchenette complete with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, both equipped with shower stalls.
    For groups of more than 6 people, a separate studio apartment with a bathroom is available upon request.
    All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens, and Wi-Fi.
    The villa is located about 800 metres from the town centre, where you’ll find a post office, newsstand, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and the picturesque high street perfect for evening strolls.
