Overall is cleanliness in the room. Front lobby needed to remove the microwave elsewhere or limited strong foods odors due to customers visiting at lobby to check in/out the rooms. Quiet and feeling safe lodgings here for a night or two.

I really liked the room. It was spacious and had several conveniences, like a ton of electrical outlets, nice bright reading lights on both sides of the very comfortable bed. It also had a small loveseat and ottoman, a mini fridge and a single serve coffee maker. The decor was also modern, it did not look old and dated. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not like that the TV was no longer accessible on check out day, as I paid until 11am, but was not able to watch TV while I packed and got dressed for my day. Also, be aware that you will be charged a deposit, mine was $200, which was returned to my account within a couple of days.

The beds are a deep mattress on top of a platform so they are quite high and it was difficult for me to get on and off the bed, and I’m 5’8”. The shower is nice size but you can’t open the glass door closest to the shower controls so you just stand inside the shower and under the shower head in order to turn on the water. I was barely able to do it without being forced to start my shower with cold water.

The decor was so cute! Love the mid century vibes. I’m a stickler for cleanliness, so I didn’t give five stars because I don’t like visible dust and fingerprints. I disinfected the high touch areas my self and cleaned up the fingerprints.

Staff wasnt very welcoming. Doors did not properly shut. Rooms were filthy. Bedding had hair and dirt in them. Hand prints all over the walls. The floors were covered in firt and hair. The walls and baseboards had gunk in them, not cleaned at all. Our room smelled of smoke.

An older property that has been remolded. Good location- plenty of food options nearby. It is close to Santa Clara University Good value for price.

This place was great: big tv, full cable options, fast internet, comfortable bed. I have one complaint, and it’s minor… the hot water could have been hotter in the shower. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

This place was great, affordable, and very clean. On a main road and still stayed quiet. Room looked luxerious, plenty of outlet/charging options. Would absolutley stay here again if needing to.

Good clean bare bones motel.
Not much to say. One night stay for a legal meeting the next morning a few blocks down the street. Taciturn, perfunctory desk clerk. Minimalist room that was recently renovated and very clean. Bare bones but it’s got everything you need. Good place for a quick visit. One block from Santa Clara University. Lots of student food offerings across the street. The ramen dive is worth a visit on a cold night.

In addition to the room rate, a $200 hold is placed on your credit card when you check in. Guests do not know about this fee until they arrive at the property. Other hotels and motels on Expedia disclose this additional fee in advance, which allows guests to make a decision in advance, as to whether or not they want to book with the property. The $200 hold takes forever to be placed back unto your credit card. I'm still waiting 5 days later.
