They have EV charging at the location which made it very convenient. Hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend. Only complaint would be the sink isnt in the bathroom withr the shower and toilet. Room was very small but it was very clean and new and updated. Felt safe and very clean!

This was our second stay at the Wafer. It is our little oasis. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly. This is our go to home away from home when we are in Santa Clara ❤️

Property is under upgrading. Shower curtain did not contain the water, requiring towels to mop up. Shower needs a safety bar or strips on the floor to prevent falls. Manager was very pleasant and helpful.

This is a minimalist hotel. While clean and neat with all necessary amenities, the furnishings are limited - small sink, seating chair, table top as a desk. Room service was not provided. You get new towels by going to the office. The staff at the desk were friendly and service oriented. I fell coming out of the room and the woman at the desk was the only concerned about my fall and helpful. I unfortunately did not get her name to thank her.

Nice hotel bur shower water flow to the floor
This is a nice hotel, good location, easy parking, large room, only one thing I feel you should improve it soon. When I took a showerm the water just flowed to the floor. I suggest you should find a lengthen shower curtain or install a glass door, otherwise the enviroment is full of the water on the floor.

OK. This is more of a customer usage issue. The showers leak profusely if the shower curtains are not pulled inside the shower. Apparently customers don't get this or dont care, so they shower with the water filling up the bathroom floor, which leaks into the lower rooms. They need to fix this issue. Both first floor rooms that I was in leaked from above. And I have nothing good to say about the customers who allow this to occur. If this issue gets resolved, then 4 star.

Hotel inside a Motel
The Hotel is a converted, older Motel. But don't let that fool you. Our room was completely renovated and updated. Think of it a a Motel on the outside, but a Hotel on the inside. The owner/staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable for the area. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Wafer Hotel is conveniently locator. It’s proprietors are cheerful and welcoming. Check in was smooth. Our room was clean and neat…and the beds are SO comfortable! I had such a good sleep! Plus, I especially liked how one of the proprietors would walk around the parking lot - it’s very welcoming when you pull into the parking lot at night to go to your room and the proprietors wave to you. Oh, and the property is well-lit. Feels very safe! Excellent rating for this property!

As a single, female business traveler, I felt very safe and secure here. The room was clean, the bed nice, and everything was modern and updated. There was a lovely rain shower shower head. ~~~ For those who have dinged the property for the shower, you just need to understand how to use it. Pull the lever all the way up; the water pressure is great (second floor). To get warm or hot water, move the lever back to the middle or slight left. ~~ The water will pool on the floor if you don't use the shower curtain properly. Male sure it is all the way inside. You can even turn the shower head slightly right to ensure the water doesn't spray over the shower lip. ~~~ A wonderful property. I will stay here again and recommend it to friends.
