So very pleasant!
The house was extremely clean and orderly. The homeowner was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations that we needed. His vegetable garden was a delight to see each morning and evening when we left and returned. I highly recommend.

Very nice but not what i expected
This is a mother-in-law house in the backyard of a main home. There is no private entrance and they request you speak with them before you are able to enter the property, so no self check-in. The entrance to the home is right next to the back door of the main home. The owners are amazing and sweet, but they stay in the main house and tend to their garden throughout the whole stay. I was expecting more privacy with the way the house is photographed and posted. Overall the stay was amazing, though i wished we had more privacy.

Great location for our planned activities and the house was perfect for our needs.
The hosts are very hospitable and gave us some tips on places to visit/things to do in the area that we were not aware of prior to our trip. The house fit our needs perfectly with a well supplied kitchen, full sized appliances, and washer and dryer. All the amenities we needed were supplied including sunscreen! Nice quiet neighborhood and walkable to Great America and Levi Stadium. Very clean and well maintained.

It was a nice place within walking distance of the 49er stadium. Easy parking, nice place. There was no general location to relax outside the bedrooms except for the combined living room/kitchen location, which had a TV. We watched a movie in the provided roller chairs. The owners lived in the main house and had multiple back houses like ours which they rented out. So it was strange to see multiple people walking in and out of the property, but we had our own secure, locked place. The couch bed is terrible as a bed in that you can feel a steel bar in your back if you laid down on it. My friend put a pillow where the bar was in order to sleep. But the owners were nice and gave us advice on where to go to eat within walking distance.

Very Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
We stayed at this property for 4 days. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood was residential and appeared safe. You can see the Levis stadium from the house but that was not a factor for us either way. Lots of plants on the premises which we enjoyed. Linens were good quality. We were very comfortable, the price was reasonable and we would come again. The owner was friendly, efficient, helpful and not obtrusive.

This is the perfect stay when you are planning on attending an event at the stadium. It is super close and a very nice walk to the stadium. The owner is nice and helpful, the home itself was super spacious and very clean and comfortable to be in. I really recommend this place and would definitely book again!

This place and the hosts were amazing! We went to a concert at Levi’s stadium and it’s an easy walk. The inside was very clean and comfortable and our host was so friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

This house has an excellent location that was a convenient drive to all the activities I had planned with family for the weekend. It was great to have two bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each since I stayed here with my brother. It was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and the owner was friendly while not being overly intrusive. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
I had a fantastic stay with my friends and family. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was very cozy, had a working AC and heater, fully supplied kitchen for cooking, a laundry room, a corner mounted TV and Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms were also clean, had plenty of closet space, a big comfortable bed and even had a desk. I also appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms so we didn't have to share. The host was also very accommodating and communicative and provided an easy check-in process. I also appreciated that the rules were posted at the entrance and what to expect. The place did have ants, so we had to be careful about containing our food and leaving it in the fridge. Overall, my family, friends and I had an amazing experience. It felt like home and I would definitely book again in the near future!

Stayed at this home for a volleyball tournament and can't say enough what a great space this is. Quiet, safe and wonderful accommodation. Myia was easy to reach, responsive and although the main house is there, we never knew it. Comfortable beds, highly recommend this space.

Perfect location in Santa Clara
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids (12, and 15). It was the perfect location for us. Very close, easy walks, to Levi Stadium and Great America. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. You do hear an occasional airplane, but it is a dull rumble, definitely not disruptive. The only down side of our stay is that we were there during a pretty big rain storm, but that review is for mother nature ;). I would definitely recommend this house!

Great place within a short walk to the stadium. Very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend. It's California, so make sure not to leave food out on the counters or else the ants will find it.

I’ve stayed here twice and It’s a great place. The owner is very pleasant and Very good with communication. The location is accessible to everywhere, close to Levi Stadium and other parts of the South Bay. Convenient and affordable, it’s a nice place with decent amenities and very clean. The beds are comfy too!

Enjoyed my stay here. Miya very responsive. Very convenient. It is under a flight path so quite a bit of noise during the day with airplanes overhead but it quiets down after 11:00 so it was fine and i'm very sensitive to noise. would stay here again.

The small house on the back of the property has good access and wonderful amenities. No living room to speak of, but a futon at the door and kitchen table chairs are comfy. Bedrooms (each w own office nook), baths, and kitchen are large, comfortable spaces full of amenities. Very comfortable if you plan to be out and about for the day, or working on stuff in your office. Good location close to Levi Stadium, Great America, Santa Clara Convention Center and Mission College. I would definitely do it again!

Clean and comfortable - exactly what we needed!
We had two couples in our group for a long vacation weekend, and Miya's place was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and for the time we spent at the rental, we were comfortable hanging out together in the kitchen. Miya - thank you for your generous hospitality. We loved the tomatoes. The next time we are in the area, we will be sure to try and book your place again.

Horrible location, extremely loud planes low to ground, not safe neighborhood
House is in direct flight path. You will hear planes as they take off as late as 11:15pm and starting at 6:30am. If you need more sleep than that, find another place. With ear plugs, a pillow and 2 bathroom fans (that auto shut off) I still could hear the planes. They are right overhead and loud. The neighborhood isn't bad by day, but at dusk/dark it did not feel safe. Bars on doors kind of place. When walking a van made a u-turn, pulled over and watched me walking. Across the street are high tension power lines, which make a crackling sound. There is no where to sit and watch TV. It is up on wall in the corner of the kitchen. Rolling chairs and a bench are all you get to eat at the table. AC kept going back up to 77 making it hot in the middle of the night. Must be programmed to reset. As others stated the stadium is in the backyard. There were no events (I looked in advance), however there are generators that run 24/7 x 365 the size of a small house that are loud and are on regardless if there is an event or not. Did I mention there is a theme park to the left right outside the neighborhood? So add screaming people to the noise level. The place itself was nice with 1 foam mattress bed, 1 regular bed. Two bathrooms (one had a terrible smell coming up from sink drain). Hostess Mia is very nice and brought me a fan for white noise when I stated the need for more white noise at night. She is trying really hard to make her guests comfortable; the location is just really bad. I think the other reviews are timid about complaining because of how sweet Mia is. There were small snacks and coffee provided.

Laura booked the house to have fun with their 12 yo son. I thought our house was in a great location for fun & educational purpose because Great America, Levy’s stadium, and Intel museum were just walking distance. I guess I was wrong given her review. Sure our house is not near a farmer’s market where she wanted to go. Laura’s review that I was trying hard to please my guests should be expected, however Laura was both false on 1) projecting that the other reviewers are “timid” in writing bad review because “I am sweet” and 2) concluding that it is simply to attain positive reviews. I am genuinely nice to my guests and other people, and I often offer my guests tomatoes and fruits when in season. However, I don’t usually have a chance to meet my guests due to my busy schedule. They voluntarily write their reviews based on their own experience. I gave Laura more attention in responding to her request/comment. Her review that the generator was on 24/7x365 is also totally false. This machine (I honestly don’t know what the machine is) is in a metal enclosure close to the stadium (distant from the house) and runs on certain days for a few hours (appears to be no fixed schedule, but not at night). The technicians at the stadium told me it might be part of the water filtration system or fan system (but not a generator). She also exaggerated other things in her review. This house has central AC/heat, and the thermostat is in the hallway where you can easily adjust to your liking. The infrequent events at Levy’s stadium normally finish before 10pm, likewise Great America. The airplane curfew is 11:30pm to 6:30am, but very few airplanes passing after 10pm. If you are sensitive to noise, you can have a quiet time by closing all the windows (adjusting AC/heat to your comfort). You can watch the smart TV itself or hook it on to your laptop. There are plenty of kitchen seats available for 2-5 people. The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented-no problem for children and elderly walking on the streets day & night. I walk & run twice a day in the neighborhood by myself or with my little dog! A lot of hi tech companies nearby–it is truly heart of Silicon Valley! “Bars on door kind of place” description came across as very offensive and inapplicable here. I’m sure that Laura must have failed to notice the number of new & modern houses right across the street and in the neighborhood. Laura’s overt and implicit rancor was insulting to me and the other reviewers.

Perfect spot!
Communicating with Miya was a breeze and the house was beautiful. 5 of us stayed for a football game, there was room for all of us and we were able to walk to Levi Stadium. Miya is an avid gardener with a lovely garden to wander through. Great spot for groups with a big kitchen, great water pressure and two full bathrooms.

We had a great experience living in Mia’s house. The house is very clean and the area is safe. The two bedroom and the two restroom are in good sizes and very comfortable. Everything is prepared well by the owner. Mostly, we would like to comment our owner’s kindness. Mia let us feel like home. She sent us home grown oranges, tomatoes. In addition, Mia gave us an extra ride when we had an issue with our uber account. When we checked out at 11:00am, Mia even offered us a very simple home cooked lunch. ALL these are extra. We really love Mia. We have stayed 20 days in her lovely house and will certainly come back again. We recommend her houses to everyone! Qin and LiYa

Warm and Welcoming from the Start
The house was lovely and filled with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The owners went above and beyond to make this rental feel like home. In addition to the house itself, the family renting it was very nice and they all made us feel welcome each time they saw us pass by on our way to and from the house. The house is located close to attractions such as Levi Stadium and Great America theme park, with restaurants near by and easy access to larger highways. We were all thoroughly impressed and if ever we find ourselves in the area again, this would be our first choice for a place to stay!

Very pleasant experience communicating with the owner; instructions for check-in/check-out were easy to follow; the property was beautiful, immaculate, roomy, modern, and overall very comfortable. If/when I have an opportunity to stay again—without question—I will. I stayed here with a coworker, we each had our own room to sleep in with lockable doors for privacy and our own restrooms. Great value! Spotless, new, comfortable, convenient
I stayed for two days on a business trip and will absolutely try to stay here again. The house is a small standalone structure in the owner's backyard. Everything is brand new and as other reviewers have commented, the house is spotless. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood (though the planes from SJC are audible as they pass overhead). The stadium is literally right behind the house, you could walk though you have to go out through the neighborhood. I like to run and it's less than a mile to the St Thomas Aquinas Creek trail which goes for a very long way both directions. The house is small with two bedrooms that fit a queen bed each and not much else, and an eat-in kitchen, and two bathrooms. Everything is brand-new as mentioned and very comfortable. One quirk that may be important to some people is that there is a TV but not currently a great place to sit and watch it, just the kitchen table. I don't watch TV so this didn't bother me in the least. It was a great value and at the current price I will stay again if I can.

New clean rental and we loved the quiet neighborhood!
The rental was new and very clean. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood as it was quiet and safe. We used Uber to get to the shopping areas suggested by Miya which were all relatively close to the rental. Levi Stadium is literally right behind the rental and it only took a short while to walk over to watch the football game that we were there for. Great America is right down the street, also, so it’s easy walking distance. Just one note for anyone that might consider renting this home is that it does not have 2 bedrooms as listed. It can, however sleep 4 adults by using the sofa bed in the living room and there are 2 bathrooms which will be good if 4 people are there. We would highly recommend this rental if you are going to Levi stadium for a game or event.

Immaculate inside. Great location, it is a stones throw from Levi stadium and Great america. Only downside is that its about 10 feet from the owners house in their backyard. Would definitely stay again though especially for the price and location.
