Better than expected.
It was very comfortable and cosy. Bed very comfortable and all the amenities provided. Also a good point you get parking space in the garage, included in the price. And also a bus ticket for the area.

This is residence type, so there’s no practical service. In overall, it is really nice home style house with a great view of Langkofel in a reasonably cheap price. but you definitely need a vehicle to get there

Spacious apartment for day hikes in the Dolomites
Spacious apartment in the Dolomite area, quiet town, good location for going out for day hikes. The apartment is well equipped for cooking dinners (microwave excluded). We had some issues with hot water, but we contacted the front desk (situated at another hotel) and they helped us immediately. Taking the key in the other hotel is not a big deal. Parking lot in the basement is very useful.

The check in is at another property which is confusing. But worst of all after we left the property and left the keys inside we realized we were supposed to strip the linens and put them in a sack outside the room and had never been informed of this and there was no info in the room stating this. Only information regarding taking the trash out.

Well equipped appartment
Check-in and appartment itself are a few kilometers away from each other. Besides, the apartment is located on a hill. It’s not easy to get there for travellers without vehicle. There’s a supermarket around 1.5km away, still within walking distance. Tenant can find frozen, pre-cooked food and whatever supplies they need. Overall, the appartment is clean, cosy and spacious. The kitchenette is very well equipped with all necessary kitchenwares. Last but not least: the residence has an indoor garage. If you drive, no need to worry about parking issue. Personally we enjoy a lot our stay in the place. I’m highy satisfied with the facilities of the Residence.

The room was quite basic, but having a kitchenette was nice for making our own dinner after a long day of hiking. Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean, comfortable-a Murphy bed, and convenient for hitting area trails. We appreciated having private garage parking for the rental car. As listed in the booking directions, we checked in at a different hotel a few kilometers away, because the room itself is an off-site apartment rental with no on location office. Good value for the price, which was a bargain compared to the average room price in the Ortisei area.

Fully functional rental apartment
Nice rental apartment in Santa Cristina. Close to bus stop, great views of the Dolomites. Kitchenette did not have oven but other than that was fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware. 4 beds total, 2 baths. Clean and excellent value for a multi day vacation. We had no problem cooking for ourselves and enjoyed the local food and beverages. Will definitely rent again in future trips.

Val Gardena ski trip
Nice roomy studio and only 10 mins walk to the centre. Nice views. Take snow chains or ensure winter tyres are fitted (our rental company didn't - shame on you Avis!) as there are some inclines to access and exit the property. Bed was a pull down and my only real gripe was a lack of comfort to sleep. Local restaurants are superb and skiing region is best in the Alps IMO for family holiday

Great stay!
Check in is located at a hotel in Selva and staff was beyond helpful upon check in. We were able to get into our room a little bit early and we were provided with a lot of info and maps about the local area. We were also able to use their laundry facility and enjoy the pool while we waited for our laundry to finish. The view from Residence Boe is fantastic!! It is great to have a mini kitchen and everything we needed to cook a few meals. The wifi is quick and always working. We would definitely return to Residence Boe!

4 giorni di vacanza nelle Valle dolomitica più bella ! la scelta degli Apartments Boè è stata casuale ma conosco Santa Cristina (e Selva) come le mie tasche per cui ho ritenuto che potesse essere adeguato a quanto cercavamo. E così è stato. Locazione perfetta, grande panorama del Sasso Lungo, appartamento organizzato bene, pulito, confortevole. Bel bagno, pulito e ben organizzato. Cucina piccola ma fornita di tutto. Letti comodi ! Da tornarci !

Маленькая номенклатура посуды на кухне. Очень далеко от подъемников. Неудобны регистрация в одном городе, а проживание в другом, отсутствие рецепции, проходной двор входа и т.д.

다시 방문하고싶은곳
일단 뷰가 끝내줍니다. 근처 호텔에서 체크인 후 아파트 키를 받아 들어가면 됩니다. 차를 가지고 여행하는 분들에게 적합한 숙소고 다만 근처에 수퍼마켓을 가려면 3킬로미터정도 가야합니다. 침대는 조금 불편했고 엘레베이터가 있긴 하지만 계단을 올라야 할 가능성이 높습니다.

We stayed here 2 nights anf got cheapest room but still the room was perfect and we got very nice mountain view from our windows and balcony. Will stay here again next time!

Good place but noisy co tenants
Nice place to stay. Not on the centre and a steep climb to the building. Spacious appartment with large terras. A bit noisy because not every tenant took careof avoiding noise and walking on skishoes in the appartment.

Perfekt für ein paar Tage Skiurlaub. Appartement ist für 2 schön geräumig, sauber, die Haltestelle des kostenlosen Skibus ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Ottimo residence con stanze grandi. Il check in avviene presso un hotel in zona ma molto gentili. Un po' di rumore da parte delle persone al piano di sopra (non parte del residence). Cucina attrezzata, migliore di un hotel per flessibilita' e risparmio evidente per cenare e colazione, visto che la val gardena e' carissima per servizi accessori. parcheggio coperto comodo. Raccomandabile

Fin lägenhet till bra pris, fördel att ha bil
Fin och fräsch lägenhet med en liten kokvrå och kylskåp. Ligger en bit ifrån skidbackarna. Man kan åka buss (gratis) dit, men måste i så fall gå ca 150 meter, inklusive en rejäl backe. Vi hade bil, och körde till Saslong-liften varje dag istället för att ta bussen (5 euro i parkeringsavgift - väl värt det). Garaget under lägenheterna är mycket trångt, och det går knappt att få plats med två bilar bredvid varandra, trots att det är markerade platser. Och det finns ingen stans utanför att stå heller. Priset för lägenheten var dock väldigt bra, och Santa Cristina är väldigt mysigt, så över lag var vi väldigt nöjda.

Хорошее здание с парковкой, но находится высоко на горе и сложно дойти. В здан ии нет персонала, сначала нужно ехать в другой город. Кроме того , если что-то случилось - приходится обращаться в другой город (например я забыл ключ в номере, а дверть закрылась)
