The apartment is furnished in a modern alpine style, with the use of high-quality materials and carefully crafted finishes, designed to maximise comfort, relaxation and quality of stay in the Dolomites.
The property consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms - one with a window with a shower, washbasin and WC, and a second bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin - a small private Finnish sauna, a living room with a kitchen area and a single sofa bed. The property is completed by two balconies and a large panoramic terrace, all with a splendid view of the Dolomites.
The kitchen corner is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and everything necessary for an independent and comfortable stay.
From the two balconies and the furnished terrace, facing west, south and east, you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Dolomites of Val Gardena at any time of the day.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is conveniently accessible directly from the garage.

Dosplain Apartments is located less than 1 km from the centre of Santa Cristina, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, rentals and supermarkets. The centre is easily accessible on foot, by car or via free bus, with a stop just 20 metres from the property.
During the winter, the location is particularly strategic: the free ski bus, also with a stop 20 metres away, quickly connects to the Col Raiser and Saslong ski lifts, allowing direct access to the legendary Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski ski area.
In summer, Dosplain is perfect for mountain, hiking and cycling enthusiasts. The Dolomites trails start directly behind the house, while the seasonal city bus (stop always 20 metres away) conveniently connects to the main facilities in the area and the main bus line to reach other locations in Val Gardena and South Tyrol.
To ensure maximum relaxation during your holiday in the Dolomites, each Dosplain apartment features a private Finnish sauna, while the communal garden offers an external hot tub, available for all guests.
The structure offers numerous comforts: a parking space in the garage for each apartment, a limited number of free external parking spaces, shared washing machine, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included.

Check-in after 7:00 PM: possible only after registration by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the necessary documentation, as well as payment of the tourist tax and extras by credit card.
Heating is active from October to April (it will not be turned on if the external temperature exceeds 15°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement. If permitted, confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required and involves a variable additional cost.
Any waste of electricity, gas, or other resources will result in additional costs (for example: lights left on during absence, heating on with windows open).
Visitors are required to air the apartment at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to prevent the formation of moisture and mould. If this rule is not followed and mould is detected at check-out, restoration costs will be charged.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may experience interruptions or slowdowns and is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with food items such as cooking spices or consumables like shampoo or soap. Any products present are intended as a welcome gift and will not be replenished during the stay.

Unless otherwise agreed, physical keys, loyalty card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned from where they were collected. Otherwise, €50 will be charged for key recovery.
