The Apartment Gardena suite was spacious and bright, with direct patio access and Mountain views. Comfortable beds and furniture made hanging out in the evening nice. The kitchenette was sufficient and the small fridge great for leftovers. Breakfast buffet was a lively selection for a reasonable price, and several excellent restaurants were within a 10 minute walk. Access to the local and regional busses was good, which meant free gondolas and chair lifts were just minutes away. The manager Christian was helpful and friendly, looking up the best weather forecasts and an alternative bus to get us to our train to Munich. If you live to hike and bike, and want to avoid the crowds in Ortisei, head for Santa Cristina and Apartment Gardena.

Great place to stay while visiting the Val garden area. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Nice to have a kitchen space and outdoor place to relax with views. Bed very comfortable large bathroom underground parking was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
