Villa indipendente di 190 mq. sita nel Lungomare delle Anticaglie di Kaucana a soli 60 mt dalla spiaggia, al piano terra con ampio e curato giardino (4000 mq.) costituito da palme, ficus, limoni, piante grasse, ulivi ed altre piante tipiche della flora locale. Si tratta di una splendida villa costituita da 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni (2 privati nelle camere padronali) ed uno ad uso comune di tutta la zona notte, immenso salone e cucina abitabile. Nella parte esterna troviamo 2 verande attrezzate e coperte da tettoie tegolate per un totale di 164 mq. Una è arredata con mobili di pregio ed utilizzata come area di lavoro e salotto (con vista mare) e l’altra è arredata e attrezzata con cucina, tavolo e sedie, barbecue, lavabo, lavanderia e doccia con acqua calda (con accesso diretto dalla struttura). Tutto il caseggiato è stato costruito nel rispetto dell’architettura tipicamente siciliana in perfetto stile dell’epoca, a pochi passi dal mare e dalla spiaggia delle anticaglie. Il giardino e le grandi terrazze permettono di godere dello spazio esterno in tutte le ore del giorno. Antiche ceramiche, quadri, suppellettili e arredi arricchiscono gli spazi interni ed esterni della dimora creando un fantastico equilibrio tra il moderno e l’antico. All’ingresso del lato spiaggia (con cancello carraio) vi sono 3 posti auto al coperto. I mobili in noce massello, il pavimento in ceramica con inserti in cotto e legno e le finiture di pregio, rendono questa lussuosa villa assolutamente unica nel suo genere. Confort: salotto con TV a schermo piatto full HD con 2 comodi divani, WI-FI flat in tutte le aree della casa, 4 condizionatori (di cui 2 nelle camere padronali, 1 in corridoio zona notte e 1 in sala), ventilatori a soffitto nelle camere, allarme integrato e cucina abitabile e super attrezzata con tavolo e sedie in noce massello, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, tostapane, microonde e macchina del caffè. L’armonia di colori tra interno ed esterno e l’architettura armonica, creano un ambiente unico per una vacanza indimenticabile all’insegna del relax in angolo di Sicilia (nei luoghi cari a Montalbano) quasi incontaminato a due passi dal parco archeologico di Kaucana che risale al terzo secolo A.C. fruibile e visitabile sia dalla spiaggia che dal parco (limitrofo alla proprietà).
