" Got checked in by a kiosk which was different. The guy on screen had weak wifi or something took longer then dealing with someone face to face would of took. Got their about 8pm we decided to hit the pool they close at 10pm. We asked for towels kiosk man said it would be delivered to my room it never came. I have a family of 5 with me 2 adults 3 kids. I only had 2 bath towels in the room. When we came out the pool I ran into the indian hindy man with long hair that opened up to give someone toilet paper. I asked for some towels and he told me their closed lol. I said no man I have a family of 5 and only have 2 bath towels in the room. He went to his computer looking at my room number or something. He finally came with 3 towels. I never had a hotel try to refuse something like that to me lol. The next day the other staff was good gave us swim towels aswell. Room was decent had 3 beds everything worked was clean . I never had a problem with parking. "

"The room was NOTHING like the pictures. There wasn't a chair or couch. Only the bed. The room was dark. One light in the ceiling. No lamps. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Vanity had water damage to the wood and needed paint. Some improvements had been made. A new lighted mirror was in the bathroom was hung too low so it didn't hide the old electrical cover. Bed had worn out green bedspread. Mattress was worn out. Noise from the hallway was loud. Noise from outside was loud. We left and didn't spend the night."

"Great location. Easy walk to wharf and the beach. Suggest bringing own pillow as theirs are small, hard and lumpy."

"Beds were absolutely horrible, extra plush, you can feel body indentations in the mattresses. Pillows were trash!! Rooms were very clean though, Soo appreciated. Room 214 bathroom door only opened half way."
