You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

4th house from Twin Lakes Beach and a 2 minute walk to the Crow’ Nest and Harbor

We continue using a “HypoCleanse HOCL all Natural’’ ELECTROSTATIC DISINFECTION process which has been “approved by the EPA’’. This is done before and after every guest. (This ongoing disinfection process is reflected in the housekeeping fee).

During this time, the kitchen remains stocked with eating utensils plates and glassware as well as Coffee filters.

You may choose to bring your own bedding, towels, disposable plates, cups and utensils, spices, etc. Anything to make your stay more comfortable. Please, NO sleeping bags.

There will be 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of bathroom tissue to start your stay.

Cleaned and sanitized bedding, towels, blankets and kitchen cloths are supplied.

Parking is first available on the street. You can parralel park in front of the garage.

There are NEW dual pane Windows/Blinds and interior/exterior paint and New Queen memory foam beds.

We supply EVERYTHING to get your vacation started. Linens, towels, bedding and a moderate startup supply of paper products.

You supply FOOD & SPICES, CLOTHES, PERSONAL ITEMS, FIREWOOD and additional paper products for longer stays.

Arbor House Santa Cruz Beach Cottage Vacation Rental in Santa Cruz California, is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath private residence that can accommodate 2 to 4 Adult guests comfortably and a Family of 6 easily.

Rent for one weekend or a couple weeks throughout the year. We are just four houses away and 150 steps to Twin Lakes State Beach, Santa Cruz on the Monterey Bay Sanctuary.

Just steps away are Dining, Drinks, Boating and Entertainment on the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. There will be no reason to leave the neighborhood!

As you sit on the raised backyard deck of our Cottage, watch boats come and go from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. In the distance you will hear the Sea Lions on the Santa Cruz Pier, and the adults and children laughing and screaming as they ride the Circa 1924 Giant Dipper on the famous 100 Year Old Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. A 7 minute drive or a 1.20 mile walk. There is also a 'Summer Season' water taxi that will glide you across the Yacht Harbor to get you on your walk to the Beach Boardwalk a bit faster. 11:00 to 6:00 pm summer weekends and holidays though Labor Day.

Take Kayaking excursions on the Bay or a Chardonnay II Tour, go Wine Tasting or take the Skunk Train into the Santa Cruz Mountains!

There are so many things to see and do in Santa Cruz, on the Monterey Bay and surrounding area that you'll want to re-book your next stay right away!

Great place for a weekend getaway. Close to the ocean and great restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Every supply we needed, beach, meals, sleeping, etc.! Host was wonderful and very accessible. We would definitely go back!

Travelled with my family and this was cottage fit us perfectly. Loved the Marina view from back deck and the short walk to the beach. The neighborhood had everything we needed and was easy to get anywhere in town. Also, appreciated all the amenities - beach toys, chairs, outdoor shower. Would be lucky to get to come back.

The cottage is very charming and has a warm,cozy feeling. It is not fancy but nicely decorated. We enjoyed the deck where we could relax outside and where we had many meals.The location is excellent, only steps from the beach. In terms of the cookware, it would be advisable for the owners to purchase new pans.all the other cookware was fine. In summary, my son and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and thought it a great place.

Excellent Cottage

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arbor House during the Thanksgiving holiday - we loved that it was close to the beach and other amenities. This was our second stay in this lovely cottage and I would highly recommend it - the check in and out was easy and the host was very accommodating! Thank you!!!

Great location!

We love the location of this house! Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! The only problem was that the back bedroom got very cold at night and we could not find any heat source in there. We would still return to this place though, the location is worth it!

Perfect Cozy Getaway

It was wonderful. The house was so clean and cozy. It was everything the listing said it would be. The beach was so close and the sounds of the ocean from the back deck was heaven. We will be back again soon.

Amazing stay!

Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We were allowed both early check in and late check out without any glitches. The cottage is adorable and was very clean and organized. Lovely walkable neighborhood with nearby cafe, two restaurants, a gift store and of course the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute & Cozy Beach Cottage

This cozy beach cottage has it all and it’s our favorite among all the other Twin Lakes cottages we’ve enjoyed. One block from the beach, view of harbor from deck, a garden both front and back, plus an outdoor shower. The fun beach-theme decor is everywhere. Truly a perfect experience.

Perfect Little House

This was the perfect little house for me and my sisters. I am a picky traveler and I appreciated the cleanliness and organization. Walked to the harbor in 2 minutes for dinner at Crows Nest and breakfast at Cafe El Palomar. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Simply Amazing!

Better than advertised! This cottage had everything a person could ask for, location, sunset views, clean, price, stones throw to the beach! Perfect weekend getaway and met all our expectations! I would definitely stay again and plan doing so, would recommend to anyone! I hope we left it better than when we arrived.

We love it!!

We love this gem of a cottage. We have been coming here almost every summer for the last 6 years or so. My daughter is a teen now! As long as we can, we will keep coming back. It feels like a home away from home. Scott couldn’t be nicer. The location is amazing. I highly recommend this lovely cottage!

Beach weekend visit

Teen and I had a lovely two nights at Santa Cruz cottage. Communication was excellent and pictured as advertised. Backyard deck is a sunny quiet spot. Street parking was challenging with beach traffic but everything else was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Noise at night is very quiet and beds were very comfortable.

Our sweet cottage in Santa Cruz

We come back every summer. Yes, we call it ours. Probably because we love it so much. It feels like home. Cozy not sterile and the location can’t be beat. Views from the front porch and back deck. See you next year little cottage!

Always enjoy our stay at the Arbor House with family

We’ve been meeting up with family in Santa Cruz for years. Found our cottage several years ago and have been returning ever since. The location can’t be beat for beach and restaurants. Everything we need is a walk away. The cottage is always clean and ready for us. The owners have made upgrades over the years that have made our stay easier and more enjoyable.
