Pelican Point Condo - Pelican 70

  • This condo has a 3rd-floor entry but all bedrooms and common spaces are located on one level. The views a breathtaking; the condo has three large picture windows in the living room overlooking the ocean and the city lights of Monterey in the evening. There are water views from the master bedroom and two of the other bedrooms. The condo is ready to accommodate two families with multiple bedding options. Who's sleeping anyway? The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the front door. The sunset is a must-see every evening of your stay. The stars are brilliant at night as Pajaro Dunes limits the number of exterior lights. Bonfires are allowed on the beach until 10 pm. Come out and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Pajaro Dunes, a private beach community.
