Beachside Aptos -- Quick Walk to Beach, Pet Friendly, WIFI, Washer & Dryer

  • Great Place to Stay!
    This is a comfortable, dual-level, family town home situated 1 block from the beach at Rio Del Mar … just far enough to feel peacefully apart from the crowds, but an easy amble to the beach. This popular beach runs south of Santa Cruz and boasts miles of sand and a variety of restaurants. There is also a shopping center with a major grocery store; sundries and hardware store and other shops and restaurants nearby. A 2 minute walk takes you to the Seacliff State Park and Beach with BBQ and picnic areas, fishing pier and walking path.

    This furnished vacation home has vaulted ceilings; tile and carpeted floors; large, open floor plan; and its own private deck. The secluded deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean. The kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and a separate family style dining table and tiled counter tops.

    Linens are included at no extra charge. Stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender are all there to make you feel at home during your stay (plates, silverware and cookware provided).

    2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably. We may consider up to two additional guests; please check with us in advance. An additional fee of $20 per night applies for each extra guest.

    Parking available off-street. Extremely CLEAN, has patio furniture; and a BBQ.

    We are dog friendly and have a pet policy. You will be asked to review and agree to out pet policy.
