We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay. Here are some ways we are helping:

Welcome to the perfect family vacation destination! Our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is RIGHT on the beach. No walking across the street or driving to get to the beach. You can watch the children play in the sand while you relax and play cards from the deck. We are the only house on the "Island" strip with a gated deck. It's the perfect house for a memorable vacation, family reunion, or just an oceanic escape! The same families have been visiting our home for over 15 years and continue to bring the next generations for a truly memorable family tradition.

This 1930's Greek styled home offers 4 spacious bedrooms that all have views of the ocean, a cozy fireplace to keep you warm during the winter season, a large entertainment deck downstairs, and a more intimate deck upstairs. Included is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 televisions with DVD players, and free WIFI.

We do not advertise on Craigslist. If you see an advertisement for our home on Craigslist it is a scam.

House Rules: This is not a party house. Quiet hours start at 10pm. It's very important to stay off the public walkway, rock seawall, and neighbors patio.

Rio Del Mar Beach: View the dolphins and seals swimming up and down the ocean during the strolls on the beach. Bring your binoculars for whale watching! Other activities include boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, sea shelling, and building sand castles. It is the perfect playground for everyone!

Walking to shops:Walking distance to the Market, coffee shop, deli, and Venus Restaurant. A short drive to grocery stores and theaters.

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. We came across a tiny snake! It was just a few inches long, red back, sunning itself on a rock in the middle of the creek.

Perfect View

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving break with daughter and family in a perfect location. The views of dolphins swimming by every day and beach access for the grands to play in the sand and frolicking in the water was excellent! House was cozy and clean and met our needs.

Yaya’s 60th Birthday!

We truly enjoyed the location - right on the beach. The pictures look like the place is just a bit bigger - we had 8 adults and 3 littles - and wish we had a bigger living area and kitchen. The rooms were perfect. And I would imagine during the summer you’re outside most of the time. We loved that we could step out the door and be within feet of the beach.

Right on the sand!

This was a wonderful property that had ample room for all seven of us. Parking was easier than expected and check-in went well. This delightful little property is right on the beach. The waves are just outside your front room windows and you are enveloped in the whole seaside experience. The property was pristine clean, and Jaleh was very responsive to any concerns we had. It’s unfortunate that the weather just wasn’t going to cooperate with us though, but Jaleh was very kind and accommodating and quickly responded by reimbursing us for a day lost to a dramatic storm. We definitely hope to return again.

Great spot for our group of family and friends

We loved our stay here! The location is terrific. It was wonderful to be able to look out on the ocean every morning and walk right out to the beach without having to cross the busy road. The deck is really great — the little ones could play outdoors but still be safely inside the gate. Communication was clear and easy, and our group found the place to be very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fun Beach Property

Super fun, cozy place right on the beach in sunny Aptos. Comfortable beds, a very well stocked kitchen and STUNNING views from almost every part of the unit. One thing to be aware of is you do have very close neighbors on both sides and constant foot traffic basically right alongside the porch and one of the bedrooms.

An Absolutely Ideal Family Reunion Spot!!

We were a family group ranging in age from under two up to 81 and we ALL had a wonderful time here!! Being able to enjoy the sea views -- whales, dolphin, seals/sea lions and thousands of birds!! what an exciting time!! -- from inside, from the lovely porch and, of course, from the sand just outside the door!! We certainly hope to be back!!

Great access to the beach, nice upper and lower decks for viewing the beach and ocean, and well supplied and stocked house. If you like your neighbors very close and people walking close by your windows, you will love this house.
