Excelente hotel con baño pequeño.

En general estuvo muy bien, el personal muy atento. Solo comentar que el baño es muy pequeño, no tiene relación con todo el hotel que es muy espacioso.

Nice hotel. Great location. Excellent friendly staff. All the staff member of this hotel is kind & friendly. They will help u with whatever need you have. My stay in this hotel was very good. I enjoyed it very much. If I am ever in Santa Cruz again. I will love to stay here again.

Excelente hotel en el centro de la ciudad muy cerca a todo, todo tipo de restaurantes a solo una cuadra, personal muy amable..te ayudan con la reservación del taxi al aeropuerto y te brindan información de lugares turísticos. Brindan desayuno gratis y todo muy limpio,wifi rápido.100% recomendable.

Hotel caro y feo, excelente personal.

Personal muy cordial y diligente. Habitación vieja, poco arreglada y fría. Aire acondicionado viejo y ruidoso q enfría muy poco, baño gastado y feo. Hotel sobrevaluado, extremadamente caro para lo que ofrece. No volvería a hospedarme.

Great location, really great staff

Even though the hotel it's self isn't that great in terms of cleanliness, the staff were so helpful and lovely and couldn't have done more for us. The hotel is in a great location next to shops and restaurants, and really reasonable piece.
