"From the moment we were picked up at the airport, Carolina our driver and receptionist, was extremely pleasant, courteous, precise and always with a smile and happy to help (restaurant reservations, taxi arrangements, small breakfast for early morning before we left); other employees to recognize are Francisco and Claudia at the breakfast/dinner area as they were very attentive to us. Our room #11 was spacious, very clean with a beautiful open view of the Atlantic Ocean.Bed was very comfortable with three pillows for each guest. All white! Fruits and a liter bottle of water were provided at arrival in our room as well as a small bottle of water for each guest every day of our stay.Pool towels and a spacious bag for the pool area were provided. Breakfast was delicious and many varieties of fresh fruits on display. Varieties of fresh bread, cheeses. Omelette made upon request! Overall, I will highly recommend Albatroz Hotel! Thank you to the manager and the employees for making our stay a memorable experience!"

"We loved this hotel. The staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. The amenities were amazing. The location is great for airport. It is showing some age, as our room definitely needed some TLC, but it was clean."
