    Location... Just a 10 min walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & downtown. Spacious and chic, this cottage offers a comfortable open floor plan and boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has french doors that open onto the patio to enjoy your cup of Joe. A kitchen designed for the chef at heart and provides plenty of space for family or friends to enjoy. Beautifully landscaped backyard has a nice lawn for a picnic, outdoor play & BBQ. Take advantage of 2 dedicated work spaces.



    Other Things to Note:

    2 vehicles can park in the driveway piggybacked behind the gate or 1 vehicle must park on the street.

We absolutely loved the home It was just perfect. We even decided to add and extra day to our trip. Janiece was a wonder host and extremely accommodating.Santa Cruz is one of our favorite places in CA. And this home was in a perfect spotto explore. We plan to return when we are back in Santa Cruz
