Fabulous Half Birthday Celebration

This property was perfectly located for our granddaughters’ half birthday celebration.There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well supplied.The location was ideal - walking distance to the beach and only a short drive to the boardwalk.

Vacations in Santa Cruz

We adored the home, room for everyone, perfect amenities and a lovely outdoor space. We loved the simplicity of the hot tub after a day of adventure. Close to so many things to do and see, close to Monterey and San Francisco and everything in between. The manager offered many tips for good food and we teued most of them and were not disappointed! We loved it!

This home is spacious as a 4 bedroom 3 bath and comfortable with a nice hot tub and fire pit. Pets allowed which is rare for a 4 bedroom home in the area and a short walk to Natural Bridges State Beach (no dogs on beach). It is a bit worn and could use some furniture replacements, paint and a repair or two.

Great family fun

The accommodations were superpb and as promised! The hot tub was especially welcoming, and enjoyable for all ages. The location close to the beach was what drew us to this house. We had a great time at the tide pools! We also enjoyed going to the nearby Boardwalk. All in all this was a stellar stay which we hope to repeat!

Sister reuniom

Four nights with reuniting sisters from California and New Jersey (here for a wedding in Napa Valley). The house was perfect and as advertisied. One small issue with a toliet which the landlord resolved in an hour after a quick phone call. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Easy, breezy

We had fun staying in this house near the beach. It was a bit worn in - the hot tub is older and a bit lopsided. However the house is very clean, the master bed was pretty comfy. Location was on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house had sand toys to use and some old wet suits and boogie boards. In a perfect world, maybe a water dispenser for drinking water in the kitchen would've been great. Also, the lightbulbs are all very cold LED bulbs, which we found extremely odd for a relaxing beach rental. Overall we had a nice time and the communication with the owner or property manager was good.

Reunion

We loved the ease of checking in and allowing us to arrive an hour early was great. This was a great size space for 8 women in late 70’s. Cons: could be cleaner overall. An earwig was crawling in the downstairs bedroom and nothing felt quite clean in the bathrooms. Partly age was at fault and could use some updates. Upstairs bath tub Fay et leaked constantly so a waste of water. The kitchen sink has a high pitched whine when the water runs so very annoying. Backyard had tons of spider webs on the wooden chairs and no one wanted to sit in them. Would like to say we tried our best to follow all the directions of which there were many. We did think asking us to strip the beds etc was a bit too much since we were also paying a hefty cleaning fee.

We stayed here for a family reunion and really enjoyed this house! The big sectional in the living room was comfortable and fit a lot of people. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. They have a lot of beach gear that you can borrow including boogie boards. Only minor issue was a dripping shower faucet. We loved how close the house was to Natural bridges and the walking path along West Cliff Drive!

lovely home in W. Santa Cruz

The house served the ten of us well and we loved the outdoor area and the short minute walk to West Cliff Drive (where we saw whales, seals, sea otters and two dolphins (over the course of the weekend).

Beautiful!!

The home was absolutely beautiful, and we loved the hot tub and making smores in the backyard! All the rooms felt cozy and thank you for allowing our dog to come too. We had such a wonderful time!

Great place for family get together

The location is great. The walk to the beach is a little longer than I thought it would be, but our 5 year old was able to handle it. The common area had enough sitting space for all 7 of us and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and convenient. There were lots of books and puzzles for the kids. The host responded immediately and helpfully to any problems or questions.
