"Nos llevamos la mala experiencia que el check in era a las 3pm y nos hicieron esperar hasta casi las 5pm porque no estaban disponibles, y el personal se mostraba bastante estresado por la cantidad de personas con el mismo inconveniente y no fueron muy empaticos con los huéspedes. El hotel está un poco deteriorado, hay pasillos con alfombras en muy mal estado! El desayuno muy bueno y muy surtido "

"This property was very clean and well cared for. It’s not a five star, but it’s great for the value. I only surprise, and this was my fault for not seeing this on my reservation, was that my bed was in a loft area and I had to walk down a very narrow staircase to go to the toilet and back in the middle of the night. The furniture is also pretty dated and uncomfortable in the sitting area. I don’t really care about that kind of stuff, but I thought that somebody else might. The pool and restaurant area are really great as is the complementary breakfast. It’s not just a continental breakfast. It is a full meal."

"My grown family and their kids flew out this morning at 4:00, other group was 10:00 today, and my flight back to USA leaves 11:30 tonight and staff provided me with a 2:00 late check out, and they will store my 3 large bags until I return back here around 8:00 and shuttle to SJO Airport.
