Your home away from home in Santa Fe with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. This awesome house features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the welcoming living room and den, both with comfy sofa beds for extra guests. With amenities like washer/dryer, kiva wood-burning fireplace, BBQ, a hair dryer, AC, outdoor eating areas and heating, your stay will be nothing short of phenomenal. Close to grocery stores, dining and parks. 2.2 miles to Santa Fe Plaza downtown. 40 mins to Los Alamos, 17 miles to Santa Fe Ski Basin.Totally fenced with feeling of a family compound. Dog friendly subject to prior notice and payment of $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. It was perfect for our family vacation! I appreciate how quicklythe owner responded to all my questions, how clean the house was, and the location. I would definitely stay there again.
The host was very thoughtful in providing any amenities a guest would need. I found the photos on the listing to be very accurate; the house was older but very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, with a full size gas stove, appliances, cookware, and utensils. The patio/ backyard was pretty big, with areas for outdoor dining; there was a grill available, which we didn’t use. The king bedroom was spacious, with a large walk-in closet/ sitting area with a rollaway bed. The house was a good size for our group of 2 couples, 3 children, and a small dog. The location is a quiet residential area with nearby parks and grocery stores, but I would not consider it to be walkable, due to inconsistent sidewalks. We had 2 cars and were easily able to park in the large front driveway. It was close to Meow Wolf and the Railyard. We also went to Ski Santa Fe, which isn’t too far away; most of the drive is up the mountain.
