LIVING AREA
Casa Apodaca features a spacious great room comfortable for all to gather with its 65" flat screen TV and comfortable air conditioning. The home boasts 2,800 square feet of living space. There is a private master bedroom with a Kiva fireplace, ceiling fan, and double doors to an enclosed courtyard on one wing of the house and two king size bedrooms on the other wing. There is Saltillo tile throughout the home.
KITCHEN AND DINING
There is a spacious sunroom which serves as a breakfast room. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
BED AND BATH
One king can become two twins and two sleeper sofas in the living room for extra guests. Two of the bedrooms and the great room open up to a lovely courtyard which is a traditional Spanish design of this region. The doors and windows allow ample natural light throughout the home. The two bathrooms are both in the hall. One has a large tiled walk-in shower and an old fashion large soaking tub. The second bath has a tiled shower with a tub.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard is perfect for a family barbeque. The owners have lovingly furnished the home with a combination of a contemporary flair and Santa Fe style.
