SUMMARY

The historic east side's Casa Apodaca is the perfect base for your family reunion, girlfriend's party or any group of old friends getting together. This home is situated just blocks away from the famed arts and craft district of Canyon Road.



LIVING AREA

Casa Apodaca features a spacious great room comfortable for all to gather with its 65" flat screen TV and comfortable air conditioning. The home boasts 2,800 square feet of living space. There is a private master bedroom with a Kiva fireplace, ceiling fan, and double doors to an enclosed courtyard on one wing of the house and two king size bedrooms on the other wing. There is Saltillo tile throughout the home.



KITCHEN AND DINING

There is a spacious sunroom which serves as a breakfast room. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.



BED AND BATH

One king can become two twins and two sleeper sofas in the living room for extra guests. Two of the bedrooms and the great room open up to a lovely courtyard which is a traditional Spanish design of this region. The doors and windows allow ample natural light throughout the home. The two bathrooms are both in the hall. One has a large tiled walk-in shower and an old fashion large soaking tub. The second bath has a tiled shower with a tub.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard is perfect for a family barbeque. The owners have lovingly furnished the home with a combination of a contemporary flair and Santa Fe style.

Canyon road area

Very clean with lots of room and a nice yard with an outdoor patio. Close to downtown and Canyon Rd art galleries but without all the crowds so very relaxing. Very responsive property manager as well.

Nice and convenient

We were two families of four, each with our own small dog. It was spacious, comfortable, and had several great spaces for the kids and pets to play. The only small criticism is they need is to stock the kitchen with more and higher quality pots and pans and improvements to a few kitchen items, like a better coffee maker. These are minor complaints and easy to remedy. We would definitely go back to this location.

I recently stayed at this vacation rental and had a fantastic experience. The property was impeccably clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our group's needs. Beautiful property

My family (7 adults total) stayed here during Super Bowl weekend, and loved the space, the quietness of the area, and the comfort feeling in the home. The ONLY negative comment I have is communication with the property manager. I texted more than a few times, and also sent emails through VRBO about questions I had about check-in/check-out and also a concern about an appliance - but never received a response.

Wonderful location and home

Very clean and comfortable property in a great location. We spent every morning on the front porch watching hummingbirds and the lovely August weather. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with extra towels provided - rare for a VRBO. Our only complaint was the kitchen. There are minimal tools for cooking and the knives were dull (we tend to cook at least 2 of 3 meals per day in a VRBO when we stay). Plan to do a good grocery shopping prior to arriving - there won't be items remaining from past guests like aluminum foil, baggies, extra spices, etc. like typical VRBOs. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, paper towels, and toilet paper. The property is clearly run by a management company so they respond during specific hours (but are available seven days a week),

Comfortable, great location

The property was very comfortable for our group with a really nice enclosed patio. The management company was excellent, and the house was in a very convenient area. We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe.

Beautiful home in great location

Gorgeoous, spacious home convenient to many patks and a short 10 min drive to the square. Home has fantastic amentities and a cute backyard and walled in courtyard. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful location convenient to downtown

This is a beautiful property convenient to downtown and in a quiet location surrounding by the natural beauty of Santa Fe. The property manager was very accommodating of a last minute change and made sure our stay was comfortable and all that we expected. Will definitely book again.

Lovely Stay in Santa Fe

We enjoyed our three nights at this property. It was nicely appointed and very spacious for our party of four women. Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor spaces. It is not walking distance to anything, so you would definitely require a car. We highly recommend this home for an enjoyable Santa Fe getaway.

Clean, comfortable & spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Large bedrooms, with the master on the left side of the home & the other 2 bedrooms on the right side. Room temperatures are controlled by individual LG units. The main living area has two large seating areas & a very large dining table. From the main living area there are 2-3 steps down to the master bedroom, 2-3 steps up to the other 2 bedrooms & bathroom and 3-4 steps down into the kitchen. My husband uses a walker because of vertigo issues, and he was able to navigate the steps in the home. The TV & Wi-Fi were good for our needs. The Two Casitas management team responded quickly to our communications. There were more than adequate amounts of dishwasher & laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Check-in & out were quick & easy. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise. We would stay again in this lovely home.

So much room!

All three bedrooms were large with all having king size beds. The two bathrooms were roomy. The living area is huge with a large dining table and 2 large seating areas. There are two front yards and one large backyard. Great location that is very close to all on Canyon Road and near enough to walk to the plaza.

Santa Fe charm in a great location!

We had never been to Santa Fe before, and we really wanted to stay somewhere with character. This house was exactly what we were looking for! It is a really cute house, decorated beautifully. We were close to shops, restaurants, and art galleries. We enjoyed the house and the yard very much. The open living space was wonderful! We are a family of four and we were all very comfortable in this house. We hope to get back to Santa Fe and we would definitely rent this house again!

Beyond Expectation

From the minute I made our reservation, to the end of our trip, everything was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house when we arrived. Small touches (THANK YOU for having coffee in the refridge!) were much appreciated. Every detail had been thought of. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. I completely recommend staying here. It is also close to everything. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed to Santa Fe!

Wonderful!

The property was everything advertised, except for the weather. It rain one day and the roof leaked. But only when it was raining. Nicely appointed. Clean. Large common space nicely accommodated all 6 of us including a 15-month old that enjoyed the open space.
