Wonderful experience

We stayed here with our family and had a lovely time. The home is comfortable, well-appointed, and in a peaceful and charming neighborhood conveniently located close to some of the best experiences in Santa Fe. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Great home for a quiet comfortable get away!!

The house was so cozy and comfortable! Truly a home away from home! The location was perfect for the plaza, galleries, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here on our next visit if available. This home will be recommended to family and friends.

A lovely stay

Beautiful Casita

I stayed here for my Bachelorette weekend getaway. The Casita is beautiful and a great location to all of Santa Fe, The Plaza, Canyon Road and restaurants. The hot tub was so nice to come back to every night. My girls and I enjoyed our stay so much I can't wait to visit again.

Gorgeous adobe home in the best neighborhood in Santa Fe!

We loved this house so much! Beautifully furnished and decorated with a spacious kitchen and amazing private patio with plenty of good furniture and pretty plants. Location is unbeatable with just a 2-minute walk to Downtown Subscription for coffee and 10 minutes to Canyon Road. This is an exceptional property and we will be back!

Charming adobe house in Santa Fe

We live in Colorado and took UK family on a road trip to Santa Fe. This was a charming adobe house just off the Santa Fe trail about 20 mins walk from the town plaza. It had a private courtyard to sit with beautiful flowers and its own hot tub. Interior clean, well appointed and full of character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Casa “Encanto”

The description is spot on - a wonderful place to stay while visiting Santa Fe. This property, filled with amenities, is historic, beautiful, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Wi-Fi was available for those in our family working from home. The location is close for walking to town and the Capitol with its beautiful exhibit of art. The hot tub was soothing after long hikes. The host was responsive and helpful. We would book again.

Beautiful historic adobe in the perfect location.

We loved staying in this historic adobe, it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The closed-in courtyard was perfect for our dogs and kids. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked, and we spent most of our time there. The bedrooms are quiet and removed from the noise, perfect for early-to-bed and morning risers to not disturb the rest of the group.

Beautiful Space

There was a lot of rain during our visit so we spent more time inside than we would have liked, but I think that speaks to how well the space is laid out. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was a wonderful spot for puzzle time while it rained and the private patio was beautiful. Had it not rained, that house was still a wonderful part of the Santa Fe experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

We so enjoyed spending Christmas in this very special adobe home. We loved the fireplaces, the cozy rooms and the homey kitchen. The courtyard was a plus as we grilled out on Christmas Day. Thank you to our host for all the sweet notes and welcome basket.

Perfect location/perfect home

We stayed at Marta’s beautiful and cozy home an easy walk right into downtown Santa Fe. With every amenity you could ask for, a private walled garden, super comfortable beds and high quality bed linens, we felt like the place met all of our needs and more. Furnishings were tasteful and echoed the vibe and personality of the region. We’ll definitely be back!

Family from Florida and Colorado met up in Santa Fe. We walked to town and railyard every day. Great location. Loved the Hottub in the evenings. Owner was fabulous to work with!

Love this place!

Staying here was like staying at a friends friends house instead of a rental. So much personality and everything you could possibly need! The decor is perfect for the area. Marta is great at communicating. We loved the private yard with the hot tub, the location to the plaza and canyon road, and just the overall vibe of this house. Definitely recommend!

Perfect

This is our 3rd time to stay at this home. Marta is a great host and made sure all was clean and ready. She even made sure we had firewood. We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. The guest bedroom even had toys for my kids to play with. Great place.

Santa Fe for the ALB Balloon Festival

This property was exactly what we were looking for a weekend which was all Santa Fe. The picture from the street initially caused concern but you have to realize the Spanish house is courtyard centered and the courtyard was awesome. The host was great to work with and all of the information was accurate. Stay here if you can.

Loved every minute....

....of our stay at Casa Encanto. It served our purposes perfectly. We were three girls, friends from childhood, who reconnected after many years living on opposite coasts. Santa Fe offered the perfect halfway point, and Casa Encanto made it so easy for us to get reacquainted, relax and enjoy being together. From morning coffee on the beautiful patio and easy walks to Canyon Road and museums, Casa Encanto was a wonderful home base. Beautiful, comfortable and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Santa Fe landing

Wow, what a great stay. Easy, from booking to arriving. What great location, so quiet and calming. Great kitchen, well appointed from appliances down to the plates. Perfect space for 2 vehicles, might even fit 3. Beautiful courtyard for your guest's to relax. Don't forget the hot tub.... checkout was just as easy. Was a little surprised with each room able to control the cooling temperature. Perfect for guests control...

Beautiful Stay

Had a sister's weekend at this property. All of us 60+. The house was very, very clean, kitchen very well stocked. Safe area within easy walking distance to Santa Fe plaza. Host quickly responded to all questions. She even checked in on us via a text to see if everything was going okay. Had one issue when a smoke alarm started to chirp. The owner sent someone within an hour and problem resolved. I would definitely stay at this beautiful property again!

Amazing Property and Perfect Location

Marta's property was aboslutely perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. We have been coming to SF for years, but with our growing family we needed to find a new place to stay and this was absolutely the perfect location. It's tucked away enough that it's very quiet, but it's close enough to walk to the Plaza, Canyon Rd, the Farmer's Market and more! The house was spacious and so clean. My kids were absolutely delighted to find a closet full of toys (even scooters!) in their room and it kept them entertained for our entire stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The patio was beautiful and such a nice place to spend the afternoon and mealtimes. Marta was easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful and responsie! Her instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise. We will absolutely be staying here on our next trip to Santa Fe!
