SUMMARY
This enchanting casita is located in a quiet compound close to both the Historic Santa Fe Plaza and the Historic Arts District of Canyon Road. A hidden gem tucked away on one the quiet streets of the South Capital area, this home offers an authentic Santa Fe experience, flooded with natural light. The home is professionally decorated throughout with leather furnishings and traditional Santa Fe appointments.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING
The open concept living space is perfect for entertaining a small group. The center of the room is lit with a stunning skylight that allows ample sunlit to pour through the authentic viga ceilings. The old-fashioned wood stove provides additional authentic ambiance. The dining room seats up to four, and the kitchen is fully equipped for home cooks. There is a study off of the living room that is perfect for private work, or a separate sitting area as-needed.

BED AND BATH
The bedroom sports a queen bed and glass French doors that open to the patio. A sleeper sofa is provided in the study for additional guests. The bathroom features a shower-tub combo.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy your private patio with ample lounge and dining furniture. The patio is perfect for al fresco dining and taking in Santa Fe’s world famous weather and sunlight.
