The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Breakfast was fair. The room had been updated but the faucet in the bathroom was improperly installed. They worked but hot/cold were reversed and turn on/off was backwards.

The lobby is lovely, as is the staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, we had a bathroom door which did not close. We notified staff 3 times. It had swollen over the years and most like had been reported before. Also, we spent two nights there and we did not get maid service the second day. We had expected that our towels would have been changed. The breakfast is a hot breakfast which is more than many other hotels. Overall, I liked the place especially the beautiful Kachina Doll fireplace in the lobby. If you get room 325, see if the bathroom door works!
