Cozy casita in great location

My husband and I and his sister stayed here for a week in July 2024. The place was just as advertised. 2 nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Functional kitchen with lots of cooking equipment. Easy walk to the Plaza. The host was pretty hands off, but she did respond timely when we had questions. Highly recommended.

Awesome casita.

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and I felt like it was good spot. Very easy .5 mile walk to the downtown square. The neighborhood is quite. We had a 2500 pickup and the parking was tight but doable. The check out list was very small which was a nice surprise considering some places want you to clean top to bottom before leaving. Would stay here again.

Our stay could not have been better! Location was great - everything was within about a 15 minute walk. Close to a convenience store, grocer, gas. Attractively appointed with southwestern decor, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were light and airy with several skylights. Backyard had dining table and chairs, plus sitting area. Beds were comfortable, everything worked. My favorite part was the books contained on the bookshelf - several on Santa Fe history, points of interest. One of them was even written by our VRBO host, Ellen! We had a wonderful vacation - four adults in Santa Fe for fun. Ellen left a notebook with extra information and we followed her advice for places to eat. She did not let us astray! This casita was a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the Casitas. Great location, easy walk to the Plaza area and to all kind of stores( drugstore, groceries and more). The place is clean and comfortable. The 2 Beds are comfy and even the sofa bed is nice. Plenty of extra sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen is reasonably supplied with the basics tools and appliances. Love the heating system coming from the floor. Makes is nice and cozy to walk all over the tile floor. The 2 bathrooms are decent size with all the necessaries, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We used the washer and dryer twice in a 5 days span, that is a great feature. Great electronic set up, between WiFi and TV(Netflix/Amazon access). The Casitas itself is real nice, great layout with some nice privacy and a great outdoor space where you can chill and entertain. Great Kiva in the main Casitas area with plenty of wood to burn, nice touch by Ellen to supply the wood. BBQ grill available which is another plus. 2 great parking spots are available. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and when ever we are back to Santa Fe, this place is at the top of our list for sure. Ellen’s welcome you with a nice Santa Fe greeting, tortilla chips with locally made salsa and a good Santa Fe wine, nice way to get you in the local ambiance. She is a great host!

Great location and accomodation

This property is perfect for two friends. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and cozy living spaces were perfect for us. We appreciated the good beds and extra pillows. The location is a short ride from the Santa Fe Plaza or a walk of about 7 blocks. Was also nice to have a carport.

Nice property. Parking a little tight if you have a large vehicle, but you have two places to park. Ellen was very helpful and responsive. Had everything you would need and everything worked. A far to the plaza for me, but younger and healthier legs would do just fine.

Quite comfy spot not far from the Plaza

We enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 'condo', just a short walk to the town center. The kitchen was well equipped; the air-conditioning worked great; the beds were comfy; the location (4 ground level condos) was quiet and convenient. The TV remote was a bit funky, as was the ironing board. We'd definitely stay there again.
