  • Apartment on the sea located in Porticello (Santa Flavia - Palermo), in the ancient seaside village of Santa Nicolicchia, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the gulf. The house equipped with Wifi has three bedrooms (two doubles and one with a single bed that can become a double), two bathrooms with shower, a large living room with wooden beam ceiling, equipped kitchen, attic with terrace overlooking the sea. Below the house in the very characteristic small village there is a marina where it is possible to rent rubber boats.

Die Wohnung von Natalia sieht vor Ort nicht toller aus, als auf den Bildern.Sie hat Charme, mediterranes Flair, viel Platz, alle Geräte, die man braucht und vor allem einen atemberaubenden Blick aus wirklich jeden Raum, dank der 3 Balkone und der wunderschönen Dachterasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinweis: die Duschen sind etwas schmal und gerade für etwas breitere Göste vielleicht schwierig.Wir können das Appartement jedenfalls wärmstens empfehlen

St Flavio/ Wohnung fast schon im Meer..

Die Wohnung ist schlicht und einfach traumhaft.Austattung und Lage sind wirklich besonders , der Ort bietet genügend Restaurants, Bars, Lebensmittelhändler ( Gemüse, Fisch, Metzger usw...)

Panorama magnifique

Séjour parfait. Emplacement idéal avec une vue magnifique et une petite plage à l'eau transparente juste au pied de la maison . Très bonne communication avec Natalia qui est adorable. Seul petit bémol, un peu bruyant à cause du bar en bas de la maison et la climatisation serait un plus dans les chambres pour pouvoir fermer les fenêtres la nuit. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
