Our vacation home is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The property has both indoor and outdoor spaces that are cozy and functional, designed to make every guest feel at home. Everything is carefully considered, making it ideal for a pleasant and carefree vacation.



Guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace, perfect for moments of relaxation, outdoor breakfasts or pleasant evenings with friends.



The space

Villa Regina 22 is a delightful 1920s villa that has been restored and refurbished.

On the ground floor, you will find: an entrance hall and a large living room that opens onto the terrace, a spacious kitchen in a second living room, the double bedroom, and a windowed bathroom with an attached laundry room.



Outside: a large, well-kept private garden of 300 square meters with fruit trees and ornamental plants. Large terrace with an umbrella and outdoor furniture, and a side porch with a sitting area.

At the back, there is a small courtyard with a service box for waste.



For your stay, you will have a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a capsule coffee machine, a washing machine and dishwasher, a TV, a fire extinguisher, and carbon monoxide and gas detectors for your safety. A baby bed is also available upon request. Homemade jam awaits you for a special breakfast touch.

You can park for free in front of the gate or in the private courtyard.



You will be 250 meters from the beach, the waterfront promenade with kiosks, bars, restaurants, etc., and the fishing port. Beach towels are available for a fee.

The gardens and park of the "Piano Stenditore" are 600 meters away.

50 meters away there are two supermarkets, two bakeries, and the post office with an ATM.

The Santa Flavia train station is 500 m away. An airport shuttle can also be arranged for a fee.
