I can honestly say that the customer service here , was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. They even brought us a doormat when it rained! Our room was perfect, we chose the split level option which was great, felt very spacious. Loved the complimentary robes and slippers. Beach just across the road. Superb DJ playing chill vibes around the pool . Great that you could choose a bed for no extra charge. We had such a fantastic stay here , we will definitely be returning .

Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently

Great pool and daybeds. Amazing breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Fluffy bathrobes. Excellent gym and spa. Convenient location to Obeach and Ibiza rocks. Stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :)
